Topless Photo Shoot Of Model At Empire State Building Cost $1.1m To Photographer

NEW YORK: Photographers earn millions by their epic clicks but sometimes it can reverse. The same happened with an American photographer Allen Henson, who shot topless images of a model at Empire State Building of New York and sued for $1.1m by the owners of building.

Allen Henson has shot model Shelby Carter’s topless images on the roof of Empire State Building on 9th August 2013, without seeking permission of such act from the owners.

The owners claim $1.1m (£670,000) in damages to the credibility of 103-storey Empire State Building which is considered one of the best tourist attraction in New York.

The photographer had already snapped topless images of models at public places like restaurants and parks, but stated that these photos were taken from a cell phone and don’t have any commercial value.

Henson said that the model Shelby Carter is his personal friend.
