Anfield: Liverpool took a huge step towards winning the Premier League title by beating Manchester City as Anfield marked the 25th anniversary of the Hillsborough disaster.
The decidable match between Man City and Liverpool ended in a dramatic way, as Liverpool the host team defeated Man City by three goals to 2.
Match was equal till 70 minutes, where Man City defender Vincent Kompany attempted a blunder which caused a massive damage to Man City.
Liverpool will take the Premier League title if they win their last four games. Philippe Coutinho’s late winner secured a 10th league victory in succession for Liverpool, on the day Anfield marked the 25th anniversary of the Hillsborough disaster.
However, the victory over Manuel Pellegrini’s ( Man City Boss) side means leaders Liverpool remain two points clear of second-placed Chelsea, who are still to visit Anfield. Manchester City are a further five points adrift with two games in hand.
