Tracking of Mobile Phones Through IMEI Numbers

As in today’s modern world we can see many expensive mobile phones have been introduced and more are on their way to be launched. So one of the major problems that people today face by keeping such expensive phones is that of the lost of their phone or it being snatched by someone. Whatever the case may be with the mobile phone.
To resolve the issues every company is providing an International Mobile Equipment Identification Number (IMEI) on the back of the phone.there are some simple ways by which you can trace the location of your stolen or lost mobile phone wherever it may be.

The thing you have to do is just dial    *#06#     in your mobile phone and it will show you your International Mobile Equipment Identification (IMEI) number

Note down the number on some paper or elsewhere. This number is also present on the body of your mobile phone under the battery so you can also not down it from there.

If you face a condition where you loss your phone or your phone is stolen all you have to do is to contact the service center (CPLC in Pakistan) and report them that the mobile is stolen and ask to block the IMEI number. By doing this your mobile would be blocked and you would be saved from further call back of thief demanding for money or creating some other problem for you.

To see the location of your phone you also can download the mobile tracing software from where you can find out the location but for this you must have smart phone.
