KARACHI: Chairman of Pakistan People’s Party (PPPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has expressed his desire to have a Christian Prime minister in the country, during his lifetime.
The young chairman took to Twitter to wish the Christian community on 25th December, on the auspicious occasion of Christmas.
His Tweet read,
#MerryChristmas 2 all followers of Hazrat Essa around the world & particularly in Pakistan.I want 2 see a Christian PM of PK in my lifetime.
The young leader is active on social media, specially Twitter, where he has 104,910 followers as of 26th December.
The Christian community is the largest minority group in Pakistan, which have been under attacks lately by hardliners, extremists and militant groups.
