Pakistan v Netherlands - ICC Twenty20 World CupLAHORE: After a disappointing performance in Twenty20 World Cup, Saeed Ajmal is ready to energize himself with some new balls and some British pounds.
Ajmal, who is “Dosara” and “Teesra” king has been going to play county cricket for Worcestershire Country, which is going to play its third match to be played from April 27 to April 30.
Pakistan Cricket Board has declined earlier to give him NOC to play for the county as the national team is in process to set a schedule to play against Sri Lanka.
Ajmal, on the other hand, feels that playing at hard conditions of England, would enable him to play well at World Cup 2015 in Australia and New Zealand.
“I believe that my stint in England will help me prepare for the 50-over 2015 World Cup in Australia because both countries have pitches that are not spin-friendly,” Ajmal told Express Tribune.
