Matric Students to Get Free Laptop under Youth Development Program

Lahore: Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif has announced schedule of Free Laptopscheme. CM Punjab supervised Meeting regarding absence of Basic Necessities in schools and Laptop Scheme. It was announced that this educational program will continue in 2014 and laptops will be awarded to intelligent students.

At this moment, Chief Minister told that almost 2 lacs Laptops of worth 8000 million will be distributed in first two phases of project. In third step, 100,000 students will get Laptops. Position Holder Matric Students will also get Laptops in 3rd Phase of this scheme.

 Criteria for Matric Students to Get Laptop

>Top 100 Students of Technical Board, Federal Board and 8 Provincial Boards will qualify for Free Laptop.

>Top 400 Students of other Provinces, Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir Matric and Intermediate Board will get Laptops.
