RIYADH: Saudi Prince named Saud Bin Abdul Aziz Bin Nasir al Saud will likely to face death penalty soon as he convicted murder of his Saudi fellow, reported by Arab News.
According to the Arab News, Saudi Prince has been declared guilty of a murder he committed in 2010 in London, when he left Abdullah Abulaziz dead after a clear sexual element in killing proved by prosecutor.
The case was followed in Central Criminal Court of London where it was proved that the Saudi Prince had murdered the victim failing in attempt to homosexuality. The video of the two was recorded by CCTV cameras when Prince allegedly tried to assault Abdullah Abulaziz sexually.
The bite marks on the cheeks of the Abdullah were the solid evidence of his sexual crime.
The royal family member failed to get pardon from victim’s family and would likely be executed under Shariah Law for his murder.
Saudi interior minister said that there would not be any distinction or exception in applying Shariah law whether someone belongs to royal family or poor class.
Beheading is the most common method  in KSA, and according to the official statistics, 72 have been beheaded in 2013.
Saud Bin Abdul Aziz Bin Nasir al Saud is a grandson of the Saudia Arabia’s king Abdullah through his mother.
