RISALPUR: Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif on Friday visited Regimental Center of the Corps of Engineers at Risalpur in connection with the Commanding Officers’ Conference.
Addressing the troops on the occasion‚ the COAS paid tribute to contributions of the Engineers Corps and its sacrifices for defence of the nation.
He also lauded their achievements in nation building tasks including construction of 714 kilometers long Central Trade Corridor‚ linking Pakistan with Afghanistan through South and North Waziristan Agencies projects of communication infrastructure in Balochistan.
